Atkins Diet

For the past 3 weeks I have decided to get back on a diet again. This time I went back on Atkins, and wow it’s been hard. I can’t believe it, in less than 3 weeks I have managed to loose 15 lbs. I am thrilled to get back in a non-round shape again.

The first week was hell I had no energy, so going to the gym was out. The second week I got a little more energy and by the end of the third week I am on the walls. I can’t believe how much energy I have this morning.

The side affect of the Atkins diet that I really hate: irritability, wow do I get pissed easily. To anyone who wants to try it, let me warn you it’s not easy. If you break off early you will gain everything back and then sum.

Also there is no evidence for long term weight loss from Atkins.

Hey John, if you stop doing the diet you will gain it back. For me it's an entire way of life. I switched to the Zone last month not breaking the Atkins. So far in 2 months without working out I have lost 25lbs. The weight is still falling off and I feel really good now, especially eating healthier.
